Rebel Membership Program Terms and Conditions：
1. Effective Date: Rebel Membership Program was launched on February 17, 2021. These terms and conditions will be effective on the same day.
2. Application of these terms and conditions
a. Service Introduction
Rebel members will be entitled with the following related services through their website：
⚈ Get the latest news about Rebel series' races , other activities, training courses and product information
⚈ No need to fill in personal information when registering for races, activities or training courses, and online shopping in the future, which is convenient and quick
⚈ Obtain special member discounts from time to time, with diversified offers
⚈ Priority opportunity to participate in member activities
⚈ Automatically participate in Rebel Member Bonus Point Program, in exchange for various discounts
b. Member registration and personal data protection
i. To join as a Rebel member, you must fully agree to the terms of service and complete the relevant registration procedures. Regarding any personal information provided by the user during registration, the Rebel Membership Program will store and process it in accordance with the internal confidentiality policy, and absolutely respect the privacy of its members. These data will be used to send information, edit statistical data and other related activities. In order to ensure the realization of the above-mentioned purposes, these information and data may also be shared within and among affiliated companies of the Rebel Membership Program.
ii. Your registration will be regarded as your consent and permission for the Rebel Membership Program to use the personal data provided by you for the above-mentioned purposes. Without the prior consent and authorization of the relevant members, the Rebel Membership Program will not disclose your personal information to third parties for use.
iii. In order to ensure that you can accurately enjoy the information and benefits provided by the Rebel Membership Program, we hope that you provide true and accurate information, such as personal information changes, to notify us in time to ensure that we can contact you anytime and anywhere. If members are unable to receive member communications, gifts or other services and activities due to failure to provide accurate information, the Rebel Membership Program shall not be liable for any compensation or any other form of responsibility. At the same time, the Rebel Membership Program reserves the right to terminate its membership and to delete the member information.
c. Modification of terms of service and limitation of liability
Rebel Membership Program reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time, and reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt member activities at any time. The Rebel Membership Program does not guarantee that the services provided to members are continuous, accurate or timely, that defects will be corrected, or that the services or servers provided will not be attacked by viruses or other harmful components. Once the membership terms of service or activities are changed, the Rebel Membership Program will promptly notify the members on the website or in the form of E-mail to protect the rights of the members.
d. Required information and security for member login
Once the user has successfully registered and become a member, the required information for login is the email and phone number set during registration. Members should keep their log-in information, and shall not transfer or grant it to others to use, and be responsible for all activities conducted with their log-in information. The member agrees that if any illegal use of member login information or website security loopholes is found, the Rebel Membership Program will be notified immediately.
e. Service termination
If a member disagrees with these terms of service or subsequent amendments, or is dissatisfied with the activities of this member, the member has the right to terminate all services provided by Rebel Membership Program, and refuse to enjoy all the benefits that follow; terminate the membership and notify the Rebel Membership Program.
f. Legal validity
These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. The Rebel Membership Program and the members agree to abide by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. If any part of these terms of service conflicts with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, these terms will be revised with reference to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China; if these terms of service conflict with the relevant provisions of the Rebel Membership Program, these terms will refer to Interpret or modify the provisions of the Rebel Membership Program; other terms will not affect the legal effect of the membership.
g. The right to interpret these terms of service belongs to the Rebel Membership Program

⚈ If you do not have full capacity for civil conduct, such as under the age of 18, you should obtain the consent of your guardian before registering.
